The podcast that brings college-level analysis to preschool-level content! Hosts Martyn and Rebecca take deep dives into kids’ movies and TV shows that they are forced to watch on repeat thanks to Rebecca’s two young children. It’s a little about parenting and a lot about over-analyzing content that was never meant to be examined that closely. In honor of the subject matter, the podcast is PG, but it still touches on grown-up themes and ideas. Listeners need not be parents to enjoy.

We're back! Or Rebecca is back, more accurately. In this episode, Rebecca and her friend, Brenda, discuss the Russian animated children's program, Masha and the Bear. Despite being recorded almost a full year ago, the political content is still frighteningly relevant. Perhaps even more so.
Bye bye, Twitter! See ya, Facebook!

Hot dog! It's time to discuss Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! Except there isn't much to discuss about such a soulless show, so instead Rebecca made a quiz about it. Can Martyn pass the quiz? Or will they be quietly eliminated by Mickey's secret army? Tune in to find out!

In this episode, we discuss Pui Pui Molcar! Haven't heard of it? No worries! Each episode of this stop-motion animated miniseries is about the length of a slightly ambitious TikTok video, so you'll be able to breeze right through it! Find it on Netflix and/or YouTube. It's one of those rare shows we recommend!

This episode contains a Trigger Warning for discussion of struggles with fertility as well as death of a loved one. Because much of the plot of the movie centers around the latter, we cannot offer time stamps for skipping that subject matter. For the former, skip from 27:50 to 32:22 in order to bypass the discussion of infertility. Please note, Rebecca verbally issues the trigger warning earlier than the discussion actually begins. There will be a second verbal warning immediately before the actual discussion.
We're talking about Disney/Pixar's Up today! It takes us a while, but we do eventually get to the part where Carl go up. That's about as far as we make it, though, so tune in next week for the thrilling continuation!

Hi, friends! On this episode we discuss The Magic School Bus! And we trip right out of the gate because Rebecca's audio is full of background noise. Whoops! Sorry! We promise to do better in future!
Anyway, we're back! Well... Rebecca is back. Sadly, she had to recast Alan. Not because anything is wrong with him! Alan and Rebecca still share a wonderful marriage and two wonderful children, but sadly Alan works full time and does not have the ability to commit as a host of the podcast anymore. With that being said... Welcome, Martyn! Rebecca and Martyn will be coming at you every Saturday (hopefully) with more nonsense and over-analysis.

It's us! We're back! And we're talking about a classic: The Magic School Bus (1994). Well... we mostly talk about The Magic School Bus. There are occasional rants about the inadequacies of the American education system.
